My advertisement was rejected. What do I do?

When your advertisement is rejected, it means that the advertisement does not meet the RoP advertisement requirements. When your advertisement is rejected, you will receive a notification message stating that your advert has been rejected. You can resubmit your advertisement for publishing. However, before resubmitting your advertisement, please ensure the following:

  1. The advertisement fees are fully paid and acknowledged by the RoP Secretariat
  2. If it is a text advert, it should not contain certain characters such as; *, !, #,^,~, among others and that it has not exceeded the maximum allowable number of characters.
  3. The advert is of one of the following allowable formats - .jpeg, .gif, .swf and text.
  4. The advert does not violate the RoP terms of use.
