My organization profile submission was rejected. What do I do?

Take the following steps if your profile submission has been rejected:

  • Ensure that the information you have entered is in the right format as prescribed in registration instructions.
  • Ensure that all the information you submitted is correct
  • Ensure that your subscription has not expired
  • Ensure that you are authorized to carry out the actions under consideration
  • Check that your internet connection
  • Resubmit the updates
  • Contact the RoP Secretariat for assistance.
