Applicants (providers) shall be required to meet the following minimum criteria:

The applicant must have legal capacity to enter into a contract and may be a company, partnership, firm, government owned entity or sole proprietor duly registered and licensed to undertake a trade/profession in accordance with the applicable laws in their country.

The applicant must not be insolvent, under receivership, bankrupt, or being wound up.

Applicant should not be suspended by the Authority or any other Governing Body.

The applicant must have fulfilled their obligation to pay taxes and social security contributions.

NB: Documentary evidence shall be required to certify that an applicant fulfils the above eligibility requirements.
