Why I need to register on the RoP.

Registration affords users with greater privileges than those accorded to the general public. Registered users can access information contained in the closed part of the website which is not accessible to unregistered users.

To be able to post bids, review or respond to bid offers, messages, and use other features of the closed part of the register, an organization must be registered. Registered providers can view all RFPs and other contract documents issued by PDEs. Registered users will also be able to add, edit, update, delete, and archive the RFP documents, generate and save reports, shortlists, view provider details, register and manage their RoP profiles.

In addition, only registered users can communicate with other RoP users online. Certain bid notices will only be sent to registered providers.
